Sales & Business Development Lead

Wise Money Israel is an investment firm serving clients from over 30 countries, managing approximately NIS 400 million in Israeli stocks and bonds. We are a fast-growing international firm, licensed with securities regulators in Israel and the U.S., and we are expanding our team significantly in 2026. Our vision is to strengthen the Israeli economy by connecting global investors with Israel while responsibly growing client capital.

Wise Money Israel combines global perspective with local expertise to provide clients access to the Israeli capital markets through disciplined, research-driven investment management.

We are building a team of professionals who value integrity, accountability, independent thinking, and intellectual curiosity. Team members take ownership of their work, while contributing directly to the firm’s growth, and develop professionally within a focused, high-quality environment.

We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Sales & Business Development Specialist to help expand our international client base from our offices in Binyamina, Israel (next to the train station). This is a hands-on, hunter-oriented role focused on generating new business opportunities, building pipeline, developing strategic relationships, and converting prospective clients into long-term investors.

This role focuses primarily on English-speaking investors outside of Israel and involves introducing prospective clients to Wise Money Israel’s discretionary investment management services in Israeli stocks and bonds.

Success in the first 90 days will be measured by building a qualified pipeline, generating consistent meetings with prospective clients, and demonstrating the ability to move opportunities forward in the sales process. Over time, the role will be expected to translate this pipeline into new client relationships and contributed assets under management.

  • Build trust-based relationships with Christian and faith-oriented investors
  • Address client concerns regarding geopolitics, currency exposure, diversification, and moral alignment
  • Ensure all sales communications and materials remain compliant with SEC and ISA regulations (after training)
  • This role does not require specific religious beliefs, but does require effective communication that aligns with company messaging

Job Requirements

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, Finance, Communications or a related field)
  • 3+ years of proven success in sales or business development
  • Experience working with international clients or investors
  • Strong professional English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Trustworthy, high level of integrity, professionalism, emotional intelligence, and a long-term, client-first mindset
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong prospecting and networking abilities
  • Highly organized with strong ownership mentality and responsiveness
  • Self-starter comfortable operating independently and taking initiative while remaining open to feedback
  • Strong professionalism, emotional intelligence, and persuasive communication skills

Strong Advantage

  • Experience in financial services, investments, wealth management, or related industries
  • Experience developing partnerships, referral channels, or strategic relationships
  • Familiarity with faith-based or values-oriented audiences
  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools for sales workflows

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building pipeline, opening doors, developing relationships, and directly contributing to revenue growth and business expansion

Compensation

A competitive salary is offered, with growth potential as the sales department and firm expand. In addition to base salary, the individual will be eligible for performance-based incentives tied to measurable business development outcomes, such as new client onboarding, assets under management growth, and long-term client retention. Any incentive or commission structure will be designed to align with the firm’s fiduciary obligations and applicable SEC and Israel Securities Authority regulations, and will not be based on investment performance, specific product recommendations, or transaction volume. Details of any incentive plan will be documented and may evolve as the firm grows.
