Sales & Business Development Manager

Wise Money Israel is an investment firm staffed by Israeli financial professionals, assisting approximately 700 clients from over 30 nations to invest approximately NIS 350 million in Israeli stocks and bonds. Founded in 2010, the firm is licensed with securities regulators in Israel and the U.S. We are growing fast and are on-boarding many new positions in 2026.

We are seeking a full-time Sales and Business Development Manager to lead the firm’s client acquisition and relationship-development efforts from our offices in Binyamina, Israel (adjacent to the train station). This role focuses primarily on English-speaking clients outside of Israel and involves introducing prospective clients to Wise Money Israel’s discretionary investment management services in Israeli stocks and bonds.

Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of Wise Money Israel’s end-to-end sales activities via leads, referrals, webinars, participating in conferences, Christian investment channels, etc. with investors from English-speaking countries
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through onboarding coordination
  • Conduct discovery and educational consultations with prospective clients
  • Convincingly present the firm’s investment philosophy, fiduciary model, and Biblically Responsible Investing approach clearly and accurately
  • Develop and track sales pipeline, maintain disciplined follow-up, and retain clients
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Portfolio Management, Operations, and Compliance

Sales Execution

  • Manage initial consultations with international investors, primarily from English-speaking countries
  • Build trust-based relationships with Christian and faith-oriented investors
  • Address client concerns regarding geopolitics, currency exposure, diversification, and moral alignment
  • Ensure all sales communications and materials remain compliant with SEC and ISA regulations

Client Profile & Messaging

  • Communicate effectively with a primarily Christian (Evangelical) investor audience interested in Israel
  • Comfortably discuss stewardship, supporting Israel, ethical investing, and long-term legacy
  • Adapt messaging to investors motivated by diversification, currency exposure, or supporting Israel economically
  • This role does not require specific religious beliefs, but does require effective communication that aligns with company messaging

Other

  • Provide feedback regarding lead quality, objections, and messaging effectiveness
  • Participate in internal training related to Israeli capital markets and regulatory requirements
  • Design and implement approved automation and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency of sales cycle management

Job Requirements

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, Finance, Communications or a related field)
  • 3+ years of proven success in sales or business development, financial sales experience an advantage
  • Demonstrated experience selling to values- or faith-based investors
  • Strong professional English communication skills (written and verbal); Hebrew an advantage
  • Trustworthy, high level of integrity, professionalism, emotional intelligence, and a long-term, client-first mindset
  • Calm, organized, disciplined, self-motivated, patient, responsive and open to feedback
  • Articulate, persuasive and able to simplify complexity when speaking with prospective clients
  • Ability to passionately convey a deep belief in Israel as an investment thesis and need for diversification
  • High level of computer literacy (email, video conferencing, CRM systems, Word, PowerPoint, email)
  • Willingness to work some hours that align with US business work hours

Compensation

A competitive salary is offered, with growth potential as the sales department and firm expand. In addition to base salary, the Investment Sales Manager will be eligible for performance-based incentives tied to measurable business development outcomes, such as new client onboarding, assets under management growth, and long-term client retention. Any incentive or commission structure will be designed to align with the firm’s fiduciary obligations and applicable SEC and Israel Securities Authority regulations, and will not be based on investment performance, specific product recommendations, or transaction volume. Details of any incentive plan will be documented and may evolve as the firm grows.
