Procedure for Exercising Data Subject Rights:

   • The client submits a written request (by email or online form) including full name, ID number, and specific data requested.

2. Identity Verification:

   • Additional identification may be requested to verify identity.

3. Processing the Request:

   • The Firm will respond within 30 days of receiving the request.

   • If the data is found to be incorrect/outdated – it will be updated accordingly.

4. Rejection:

   • If the request is denied – a reasoned response will be provided.

   • Clients may appeal according to legal procedures.
