Growth Marketing Lead
Wise Money Israel is an investment firm serving clients from over 30 countries, managing approximately NIS 400 million in Israeli stocks and bonds. We are a fast-growing international firm, licensed with securities regulators in Israel and the U.S., and we are expanding our team significantly in 2026. Our vision is to strengthen the Israeli economy by connecting global investors with Israel while responsibly growing client capital.
Wise Money Israel combines global perspective with local expertise to provide clients access to the Israeli capital markets through disciplined, research-driven investment management.
We are building a team of professionals who value integrity, accountability, independent thinking, and intellectual curiosity. Team members take ownership of their work, while contributing directly to the firm’s growth, and develop professionally within a focused, high-quality environment.
Role Summary
We are seeking a full-time Growth Marketing Lead to build and scale the firm’s inbound client acquisition engine from our offices in Binyamina, Israel (adjacent to the train station).
This role combines strategic responsibility with hands-on execution, with an initial focus on a small number of high-impact marketing channels, and expansion into broader marketing functions over time. The role will initially operate as an individual contributor, working alongside external agencies, freelancers, and internal stakeholders, with the opportunity to build and lead a small marketing team as the firm grows.
This role is best suited for a hands-on, performance-oriented marketer who enjoys building systems, working with data, and scaling measurable growth.
Success in this role is defined primarily by measurable client acquisition and conversion outcomes—not by activity across all marketing channels.
Primary Focus (First 6-12 months)
The initial success of this role will be defined by the ability to:
- Build and optimize a consistent inbound lead pipeline
- Execute and improve 1–2 core acquisition channels (e.g., paid campaigns and landing page conversion)
- Increase conversion rates from lead → booked consultation
- Establish clear KPI tracking (leads, booked calls, customer acquisition cost (CAC) and conversion rates)
The initial focus is intentionally narrow to ensure strong execution and measurable results before expanding into additional channels.
Core Ownership (Day 1 – First Phase)
Content & Campaign Execution
- Create, edit, and oversee key marketing content and campaigns
- Manage production of core materials (eBooks, brochures, reports, newsletters, etc.)
- Oversee video, webinar, and written content production across key channels
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Own and manage priority social media and paid acquisition channels
- Plan and execute paid campaigns and email marketing workflows
- Own KPI performance including leads, booked consultations, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and conversion rates
Website & Conversion
- Manage website from a marketing and conversion perspective
- Improve landing pages and marketing funnels
- Contribute to SEO/AEO initiatives as part of the broader growth strategy
Messaging & Positioning
- Support development and refinement of marketing messaging and positioning
- Ensure consistency across channels and compliance with SEC and ISA requirements
- Support preparation of marketing presentations and research materials as needed
Future Scope (Role Expansion Over Time)
As the marketing function matures, this role will expand to include branding and broader ownership across additional areas:
Growth & Channel Expansion
- Broader multi-channel strategy across social, paid, SEO/AEO, and content ecosystems
- Advanced funnel optimization and attribution modeling
Partnerships & PR
- Influencer, media, and advertising partnerships
- PR opportunities, interviews, and external visibility
Content Ecosystem
- Full editorial strategy across written, video, and podcast formats
- Scaling content distribution and repurposing systems
- Manage AI-assisted workflows and CRM/CMS integrations
Podcast & Media
- Launch and manage in-house podcast
- Oversee external podcast relationships and placements
Sales & Business Support
- Collaboration with leadership on lead quality, sales enablement, and client engagement
- Increasing involvement in broader business development initiatives
- Brand merchandise and conference materials
Working Structure
This role is not expected to execute every marketing function fully independently from day one. You will work with external partners (designers, agencies, freelancers) and internal stakeholders. Your responsibility is to drive direction, execution, and performance—while building internal capability over time.
Over time, the goal of this role is to transition from execution-heavy work to higher-level strategy, optimization, and team leadership.
Job Requirements
Non-Negotiables (Required on Day 1)
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in lead generation / performance marketing roles
- Strong professional English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong ownership mentality, initiative, organization, and accountability
- Comfort working with KPIs, data, and performance metrics
Trainable Capabilities
The following capabilities are valuable but not required on Day 1 and can be developed over time:
- Hebrew language skills
- Experience with AI tools in marketing workflows
- Knowledge of social media algorithm evolution
- Advanced SEO / AEO expertise
- Experience managing influencer or PR partnerships
- Podcast production or media experience
- Experience working in regulated environments
- Strong computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email, AI tools, CMS, CRM and internet)
We value candidates who can go deep in a few areas and are willing to expand into additional capabilities over time.
Success After 90 Days
Success in this role after the first 90 days will include:
- 1–2 acquisition channels live and actively optimized with clear ownership and direction
- A functional KPI dashboard established and maintained, tracking at minimum: leads generated, cost per lead (CPL), bookings, conversion rates
- At least one core funnel measurably improved, with documented before/after performance
- A repeatable testing cadence in place (e.g., weekly A/B tests on ads, landing pages, or messaging), with clear hypotheses, tracked results, and implemented improvements
- Initial data-driven insights into which channels show the strongest potential for scalable client acquisition
Salary
A competitive salary is offered, with growth potential as the marketing function and team expand.
