Marketing Manager
Wise Money Israel is an investment firm staffed by Israeli financial professionals, assisting approximately 700 clients from over 30 nations to invest approximately NIS 350 million in Israeli stocks and bonds. Founded in 2010, the firm is licensed with securities regulators in Israel and the U.S. We are growing fast & onboarding many new positions in 2026.
We are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to own and manage all aspects of the firm’s marketing, leading strategy and execution from our offices in Binyamina, Israel (adjacent to the train station). This role will initially operate as a hands-on individual contributor, with the opportunity to build and manage a small marketing team as the firm grows.
Responsibilities
Full ownership of Wise Money Israel’s end-to-end marketing strategy, execution, and performance, from brand and messaging through lead generation, conversion, and asset growth.
This role is designed for a growth phase. Initially, the Marketing Manager will focus on building and scaling the firm’s marketing foundation. As marketing initiatives mature, the role may include selective involvement in sales support and client relationship activities, providing broader exposure to the firm’s business and growth engine.
Messaging
- Own and define the firm’s marketing messaging, positioning, and narrative across all channels
- Continually refine target audience definitions, value propositions, and channel strategies
- Ensure all messaging is compliant with SEC and ISA regulatory requirements
Influencer and Advertising Partnerships
- Research, establish, and manage relationships with social media influencers, media platforms, advertisers, and other centers of influence
- Oversee contractual, financial, and content-related aspects of influencer partnerships
- Provide scripts, content briefs, and video assets to partners
- Generate media, interview, and public-relations (PR) opportunities
- Monitor, analyze, and report on partnership effectiveness
Podcasts
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with external podcasters
- Launch and oversee the firm’s in-house podcast
- Manage end-to-end podcast production, editing, publication, and promotion
Digital Marketing
- Manage social media strategy and execution (YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan and execute paid search and digital advertising campaigns, including news-site placements and integrations
- Design and manage email marketing and automated drip campaigns
- Own KPI performance including leads, booked consultations, CAC, conversion rates, and AUM attribution
- Manage AI-assisted content workflows and CRM/CMS integrations
Website
- Manage the firm’s website from a marketing and conversion perspective
- Improve SEO and AEO (AI Answer Engine Optimization)
- Optimize marketing-to-sales conversion rates
- Create and maintain investor-focused landing pages
Content Creation
- Create, edit, and oversee all marketing content and campaigns
- Manage design, production, and distribution of marketing materials (eBooks, brochures, reports, white papers, newsletters, branded merchandise, conference materials, etc.)
- Create and oversee presentations and market research materials
- Manage production and promotion of:
- In-house video content (short- and long-form) and webinars
- Articles and blog posts for the firm’s website and external publications
- Repurpose podcasts, interviews, and video content across channels
Other
- Manage the firm’s brand, visual identity, and design standards across all channels
- Coordinate external designers, freelancers, and vendors as needed
- Partner with sales and leadership on lead qualification, sales enablement, and client engagement initiatives
- Gain exposure to client-facing processes and business development as marketing efforts scale

Job Requirements
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field)
- 4+ years of proven experience in hands-on lead marketing roles, with responsibility for strategy and execution
- Strong professional English communication skills (written and verbal) required; Hebrew an advantage
- Experience using AI tools in marketing workflows is an advantage; willingness to adopt new tools is essential
- Organized, takes initiative, hardworking, accountable, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
- Comfort with data, metrics, and KPIs
- Interest in investing, finance, and global marketing is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-moving, regulated environment is an advantage
- High standards of professionalism, trustworthy, courteous, responsive, curious, adaptable, and willingness to grow
- Strong computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email, AI tools, CMS, CRM and internet)
