Role Summary

We are seeking a full-time Content & Growth Marketing Specialist to help grow the firm’s online visibility, inbound lead generation, and digital presence from our offices in Binyamina, Israel (adjacent to the train station). This is a hands-on execution role for a marketer who enjoys creating content, running campaigns, improving conversion funnels, and driving measurable business growth alongside contributing to the strategic direction and efforts of the marketing initiatives at our company.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, comfortable working independently, and excited to personally execute marketing initiatives across content, social media, email marketing, lead generation, and digital campaigns. We are looking for someone who understands how digital platforms and social media algorithms work, enjoys building audience engagement, and can contribute directly to pipeline growth and brand visibility.

Success in this role will be measured by growth in inbound leads, booked consultations, audience engagement, online visibility, and marketing-driven pipeline generation. This role is best suited for a hands-on, performance-oriented marketer who enjoys building systems, working with data, and scaling measurable growth.

Primary Focus (First 6-12 months)

The initial success of this role will be defined by the ability to:

  • Build and optimize a consistent inbound lead pipeline
  • Execute and improve 1–2 core acquisition channels (e.g., paid campaigns and landing page conversion)
  • Increase conversion rates from lead → booked consultation
  • Establish clear KPI tracking (leads, booked calls, customer acquisition cost (CAC) and conversion rates)

The initial focus is intentionally narrow to ensure strong execution and measurable results before expanding into additional channels. Areas of responsibility include:

Content & Social Media

  • Create, edit, publish, and manage content across LinkedIn, email, website, and other digital channels
  • Help grow the firm’s online visibility and audience engagement
  • Repurpose long-form content into short-form social media content
  • Manage content calendars and posting schedules
  • Monitor content performance and adapt based on engagement and platform trends
  • Support video, webinar, newsletter, and written content initiatives

Lead Generation & Growth Marketing

  • Run and optimize paid and organic lead generation campaigns
  • Build and improve landing pages and marketing funnels
  • Support email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing workflows
  • Track KPIs including leads, booked calls, conversion rates, and campaign performance
  • Test messaging, creatives, and campaigns to improve performance over time
  • Contribute ideas to improve client acquisition and digital growth

Podcast, PR & External Visibility

  • Research and coordinate podcast guest opportunities for firm leadership
  • Support outreach for interviews, speaking opportunities, and partnerships
  • Help increase the firm’s visibility across relevant digital and media channels

Website & Marketing Operations

  • Update website content and support conversion-focused improvements
  • Assist with SEO/AEO and content optimization initiatives
  • Help organize marketing assets, CRM workflows, and campaign tracking
  • Support reporting and KPI tracking across marketing activities

Strategy & Go-To-Market Support

  • Contribute to messaging, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives
  • Work closely with leadership on growth ideas and campaign execution
  • Help identify which channels and content types are generating the strongest results

Working Structure

This is an individual contributor role focused on hands-on execution and measurable growth. You will work closely with leadership and may occasionally collaborate with external designers, freelancers, or vendors when needed, but the core expectation is that you can personally execute and manage day-to-day marketing activities directly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, testing, creating, improving, and driving real business results through marketing execution.

Job Requirements

Non-Negotiables (Required on Day 1)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, content marketing, or lead generation roles

  • Experience creating and publishing marketing content directly
  • Experience managing social media platforms and understanding content performance metrics
  • Comfort working with KPIs, analytics, and marketing performance data

  • Strong computer literacy including Excel, PowerPoint, email platforms, AI tools, CRM/CMS systems, and internet research

Strong Advantage

  • Experience growing professional-service brands
  • Experience booking podcasts, media appearances, or partnerships
  • Familiarity with paid campaigns, email marketing, and conversion optimization
  • Understanding of SEO/AEO and social media algorithms
  • Experience working with AI tools in marketing workflows

  • Consistent content publishing cadence established across key channels
  • Active lead generation campaigns running with measurable performance tracking
  • Increased online engagement and visibility across priority platforms
  • Clear KPI dashboard tracking leads, booked consultations, and campaign performance
  • At least one marketing funnel or campaign measurably improved through testing and optimization
  • Initial pipeline growth driven through marketing initiatives and outreach efforts
