Client Services Associate
Wise Money Israel is an investment firm staffed by Israeli financial professionals, assisting approximately 700 clients from over 30 nations to invest approximately NIS 350 million in Israeli stocks and bonds. Founded in 2010, the firm is licensed with securities regulators in Israel and the U.S. We are growing fast and are on-boarding many new positions in 2026.
We are seeking a full-time Client Services Associate to manage all ongoing client communication and service from our offices in Binyamina, Israel (adjacent to the train station). This role is entirely English-speaking and serves as the primary point of contact for the firm’s international client base.
The Client Services Associate plays a critical role in delivering a high-touch, professional, and responsive client experience, ensuring that client needs are handled accurately, efficiently, and with a strong service-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Full ownership of day-to-day client communication and service delivery across the firm’s global client base
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding account administration, service requests, and general inquiries
- Ensure clients receive timely, accurate, courteous, and professional responses, maintaining a “client-first” service culture
- Coordinate internally with Portfolio Management, Operations, Compliance, and Sales to resolve client requests efficiently
- Maintain organized records of all client interactions, requests, and resolutions using the firm’s CRM system
Client Service & Communication
- Handle inbound and outbound client communication via email, phone, messaging and occasional video conferencing
- Guide clients through various service matters, including account setup, document requests, reporting, and operational workflows
- Proactively follow up with clients on outstanding items, pending documentation, or incomplete processes
- Clearly explain firm processes, timelines, and next steps in a calm and professional manner
- Escalate complex or sensitive matters to senior staff when appropriate, while maintaining client confidence and trust
Operations & Coordination
- Track multiple client requests simultaneously, ensuring nothing is overlooked or delayed
- Maintain accurate internal tracking of client service items across different stages of completion
- Assist with onboarding coordination, including document collection and follow-up
- Support periodic client communications such as reporting notices, service updates, and operational reminders
Compliance Awareness
- Maintain awareness of regulatory boundaries applicable to an ISA- and SEC-registered Investment Adviser
- Ensure all client communications remain factual, accurate, and compliant, and avoiding investment advice
- Follow internal compliance procedures regarding documentation, recordkeeping, and client correspondence
- Immediately flag any client complaints, regulatory concerns, or unusual requests to the Compliance team
Other
- Participate in internal training related to firm procedures, systems, and regulatory obligations
- Assist with special projects related to client service improvements and operational efficiency
- Contribute to a collaborative, professional, and service-oriented office environment
- Design and implement approved automation and AI-enabled tools to improve internal efficiency and client service workflows
- Assist in the design, distribution, and analysis of online client surveys and feedback initiatives

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience in client services, administration, finance, or a related field
- Mother-tongue-level English proficiency (written and spoken); Hebrew an advantage
- Strong service orientation with a genuine desire to help clients and resolve issues efficiently
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Calm, patient, and professional under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High ethical standards, responsible, courteous, and responsive
- High level of computer literacy (email, Word, Excel, CRM systems, video conferencing tools, AI tools)
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, or regulated environments is an advantage
